Littler Ready to Face MVG at Full Strength

Luke Littler recognizes the skill of Michael van Gerwen and is set to challenge the Green Machine at his best on the Ally Pally stage tonight.

Van Gerwen is pursuing his fourth world title, while Littler is eyeing his first; the Nuke understands that his opponent will not hold back at the oche.

During a media interview yesterday, he remarked: “He’s going for his fourth title, and I’m doing everything I can to secure my first. It’s been a while since Michael lifted the trophy (2019), so I anticipate he’ll be highly motivated, and so will I.”

Littler added: “We’ve competed against each other 12 or 13 times this year, so we’re well aware of each other’s strengths.”

“Once again, I want to stress that this is the World Championship final – anything can happen.”

“Thus, the player who performs best will emerge victorious.”
