Football player Jorginho has faced challenges in his performance following an incident where he inadvertently left behind his two cherished bracelets with a beauty expert during a tense encounter involving his fiancée and a Ring doorbell.
The Arsenal midfielder, 33, took off the bracelets during a session with Vanessa Sandora.
He asked for their return, but Vanessa, 39, could not find them.
The midfielder’s performance at Chelsea suffered, leading to his transfer to Arsenal for £12 million.
Recently, his fiancée Catherine Harding, 34, visited Vanessa’s London home at 11:30 PM to inquire about both her and the player.
Vanessa explained that they had met previously but had not communicated since.
Vanessa told The Sun on Sunday: “During one of our meetings, Jorginho took off his beaded bracelets.
“He left them there.
“I didn’t think much of it.
“I heard he wanted them back, but I couldn’t locate them at all.
“After that, his performance for Chelsea diminished, and friends told me he felt it was due to missing his lucky bracelets.
“They were reportedly blessed in a church.
“Without them, he believed he wasn’t the same player.”
Vanessa continued: “After our third meeting, we kept messaging.
“But we never met again, and I removed Jorginho from social media in December 2022.
“I thought that was the end of that chapter.”
Last week, The Sun on Sunday revealed that Catherine visited Vanessa on December 4.
During a recorded conversation on her Ring doorbell, Vanessa acknowledged having met Jorginho but remarked: “He’s not my type, and I’m not into football, so I wasn’t bothered.”
Vanessa and Jorginho connected on the dating app Raya in 2019, the same year he began dating Catherine.
The couple has a four-year-old son, got engaged last year, and star in Amazon Prime’s Married to the Game.
Jorginho and Catherine were contacted for comment.
