The stadium is in complete disbelief. Fraser Forster has handed over not one, but TWO goals to Manchester United.

After leading 3-0 and appearing to be in control, Forster tried to play from the back as directed by his manager but completely misjudged the situation.

First, his weak, simple, short pass to Radu Dragusin went straight to Bruno Fernandes, who assisted substitute Joshua Zirkzee to score and reduce the deficit.

Then, incredibly, Forster received a free-kick from Archie Gray and, despite having plenty of space, his heavy touch resulted in a deflected clearance that ended up in his own net, thanks to another substitute, Amad Diallo, who was closing in on him.

Shock swept through the stadium, including Ange Postecoglou, who was seen with his face buried in his hands.

Former Spurs goalkeeper Kasey Keller, who shared with SunSport this weekend that Postecoglou’s choice to have Forster play from the back was ill-advised considering it’s not his forte, must have been cringing somewhere.

All of a sudden, the match has taken on an unexpected intensity as it approaches its conclusion.
