Bryan Mbeumo, Yoane Wissa, Nathan Collins, and Kevin Schade all played key roles in the scoring for the home team, which climbed to ninth place in the league table.

In thrilling dressing room footage shared by Brentford’s social media team, Frank praised his players.

The exuberant coach, aged 51, commenced by stating: “Just wow. Honestly, wow. It’s a strong team. They are a strong team with solid players.”

“And you, absolutely deserved win, honestly well done.”

Frank acknowledged individual players for their efforts, ensuring not just his key stars received recognition.

He added, “A couple of milestones… 100 Premier League matches for (Christian) Norgaard.”

“Two hundred appearances for Brentford, Ethan Pinnock.”

“As you know, it requires a full squad. We need every player ready and available.”

Frank also praised Ben Mee, who has seen limited action in the Premier League this season with only three brief appearances.

He acknowledged: “Thanks again, Ben. I know you want to play and I get that, you’re a top professional.”

“I observe how you communicate with all the centre-backs on the pitch. That holds a lot of value, just so you know.”

“It’s not an easy task, so I truly appreciate it.”

‘WHAT A PLAYER’

Frank then focused on one of his younger players, saying: “Yehor Yarmoliuk, what a player guys.”

After receiving enthusiastic applause for the Ukrainian midfielder, Frank concluded with: “Let’s get that music playing, boys!”

Fans cherished Frank’s motivating post-match speech.

‘BRENTFORD’S BEST EVER’

One fan enthusiastically commented on social media: “That is how you manage a team! I love that he acknowledged Yarmoliuk; I thought he had his best game yet.”

Another added: “What a class act of a manager! I adore this.”

A third remarked: “This is why Thomas is among the top managers in the Premier League, potentially Brentford’s greatest ever.”

Another supporter commented: “Love Frank. It’s a wonderful experience for the players when the manager backs them and recognizes everyone. Fantastic atmosphere in that locker room.”

Brentford is scheduled to face off again this Sunday, taking the short trip to Chelsea for an exciting West London derby.
