The contest, which should have been straightforward, descended into confusion.

Deji, who was making a comeback after an 18-month hiatus, struggled against winless Savage.

The 27-year-old, who is the brother of KSI, managed to put his opponent down in the third round, but it was not deemed a knockdown.

Savage dramatically fell to the mat amid pressure and claimed an injury before the referee called off the bout.

Fans of Misfits criticized the fight, branding it as “rigged.”
